Join the Oregon League Race Crew

We take pride in what we’re able to do as a team and what we’re able to provide our community; it’s a ton of fun! If you’re interested in joining the Race Crew, get in touch.

On Fridays, we set up the course and infield and make sure everything is looking tip-top before student-athletes, coaches and families come out. Saturdays and Sundays start early and don’t wrap up 'til the dust (or mud) has settled from all the riding and racing and cheering.

Race Crew positions are considered volunteer, but we give stipends to help cover travel expenses.

Our current Race Crew is solid, but as we grow, we’ll need more people to help with the production side of things. Read on for more.

Race Day Setup

Before everybody comes out to party with us for the weekend, there’s a group that gets everything looking oh-so-fine and ready. While the infield area (start/finish area, team tent zone, etc.) gets set up, there are a couple folks out riding and marking the course with signs and course tape. This is a great job for you if you like physical work, but we have opportunities to help that are less strenuous, too. Availability required for this position are Fridays of race weekends from 8-1.
